Kidzz is looking for a part-time Pedagogical Employee to join our international daycare team in Gràcia, Barcelona.

Period: 30^th of March – End of July 2026
Hours: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Are you looking for a versatile position in a dynamic and international environment where no days are the same? At Kidzz, you will be fully integrated into the team and actively participate in daily group activities. You will a part of our Easter and Summer camp that we organize yearly. The camps are aimed at school-age children and offers a perfect opportunity for former Kidzz children to return and be together with their friends and teachers from previous years.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing daily care, supervision, and guidance to children
• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Assisting with and leading age-appropriate activities
• Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Communicating professionally with colleagues and parents

Requirements:

• Relevant pedagogical qualification
• Proven experience working with children in age group 6 months – 6 years old
• A proficient level of English
• Availability for a minimum of 10 weeks (maximum 6 months)
• Affinity with working in an international environment
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid EU work permit or right to work in Spain
• Dutch speaking is a plus
